Mrs. Aisha Lubega Namatovu is the acting Director of Human Resource at Kampala International University (KIU) with two years’ experience in Human Resource Planning. Prior to that, she worked as the Deputy Director Human Resource Business at KIU.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Human resource from Kampala International University, Tanzania, a Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Studies from the University of Sunderland, UK, and a Diploma in Nursing studies in the University of Nilai University college, Malaysia.

Namatovu is proficient in skills assessment and the implementing and evaluating of care whilst utilizing available resources. She is flexible and eager to learn new skills. She has also undertaken further training to enhance her professional skills and expertise in the field of  human resource. She also possesses great interpersonal and networking skills.

Namatovu is a registered nurse in Uganda and Malaysia. She was Lecturer at the School of Health Science KIU-Dar-es-Salaam, where she taught bachelors, diploma, and certificate programmes in First Aid. She also taught diploma programmes in Psychology and Health Education.

Aisha works relentlessly to keep up the standards of Kampala International University as an outstanding Higher Institution of Learning.
