KIU Main Campus: Enock Ssembalirwa, a soon-to-be Bachelor of Laws graduate from Kampala International University (KIU), is gearing up for his big moment at KIU's 30th graduation ceremony on November 23, 2024. Known for his ambitious spirit and leadership, Ssembalirwa has made his mark on campus through a series of prestigious and influential roles, making his graduation a well-earned milestone in an already impressive journey.
“I’ve been the Guild Speaker 2023-2024, MP School of Law 2023-24, Assistant Chief Coordinator KIU lawyers fellowship, Internal mobiliser Gomba-Ssembabule students association, Deputy finance KIU-NRM chapter, Chairman Electoral Commission NRM 2023-2024.” Said Enoch.
According to Ssembalirwa, it’s evident that these leadership roles have continuously shaped his life to what he is today.
“Through the various leadership posts I’ve held, I’ve learnt exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. I’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders, including my colleagues, administration. I've exhibited adaptability, resilience, and strategic thinking in navigating challenges.” He said.
In addition, Ssembalirwa used his positions to inspire others, fostering leadership development skills especially to the new students during orientations.
Lastly, Enoch advises all students to embrace challenges positively.
"Be open to new challenges and opportunities, and don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone, real life begins."
He is currently enrolled at the Law Development Centre (LDC) Kampala campus, to further his studies and fortunately, he's been elected as Prime minister.
