Objectives

These include the following:

• Align the quality of teaching and learning with world class best practices in Biomedical Sciences programmes.
  
• Develop appropriate infrastructure to facilitate a great living and learning experience 
  
• Review existing and Launch academic programmes (undergraduate and Postgraduate) that respond to the existing and emerging Biomedical Sciences human resource needs in Uganda and the East African region
  
• Build a strong research, innovation, collaboration and community outreach tradition.
  
• Enhance staff capacity through deliberate staff training within and outside Uganda
