As I reflect on my academic and professional journey, I am reminded of my passion for development studies, governance, and mentorship. As the Deputy University Secretary and Campus Administrator at Kampala International University (KIU), I have been privileged to contribute to advancing academic excellence and institutional growth.

My academic background is rooted in development studies, having earned a Master of Arts in Development Studies (2011-2013) from KIU Dar es Salaam Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (2007-2010) from KIU Western Campus. I am currently pursuing a PhD at KIU, further strengthening my expertise in higher education management and development.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have had the support of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, who awarded me a scholarship to pursue my Master's degree. This opportunity laid a strong foundation for my academic and professional journey, and I am deeply grateful for the support that has propelled me to where I am today.

With over a decade of experience in academic administration, I have served in various leadership capacities at KIU. As Campus Administrator, I oversee academic delivery, research activities, and quality reporting, ensuring that the university meets its academic and institutional standards. My leadership journey began early in my school years, having served as the Chairperson Scripture Union and Discipline Prefect in high school, and Chapel Prefect in primary school.

As a proud Ugandan, I embrace diversity and inclusivity in my leadership approach. I am fluent in English and conversational in Swahili, and I understand the importance of cross-cultural engagement in education. My goal is to continue fostering a supportive and progressive academic environment where both students and staff are empowered to achieve their full potential.

As I continue on this path, I remain dedicated to making a meaningful impact in higher education and uplifting those around me. My journey in academia and leadership is driven by a passion for service, a commitment to excellence, and a belief in the power of education to transform lives.
