KIU, Main Campus – On the heels of his most stringent COVID-19 preventive measures, H.E. President Yoweri Museveni will address the nation today at 8:00 P.M. to clarify on some of his guidelines.
Earlier today, the president shared on his Twitter handle that Uganda’s COVID-19 count remains at 33 positive cases.
“Countrymen, Countrywomen and the Bazzukulu. Yesterday, 82 samples of returnees from outside who have been under quarantine were tested for Covid-19 and all of them were negative. This means that we still have only 33 people who are confirmed positive, 31 Ugandans and 2 Chinese,” the president tweeted.
The nation is advised to tune in and stay up-to-date with the directives on the pandemic.
