On 15th February, pharmacy students at the KIU Western Campus held their "Mr. and Mrs. Pharmacy" contest. The contest started at 8 P.M. and lasted until the wee hours of the morning.�

The event featured modeling, dancing and singing. The judges also used their platform to challenge the contestants intellectual abilities as per the theme, "Beauty & Brains."

The crowd was visibly pleased. According to the�Deputy Public Relations Officer at the KIU Western Campus, Mr. Collins Kakwezi, the students were "Dressed to kill and enjoying every moment like they were without a worry in the world."

At the end of the event, the judges tallied the results.�James Wambi, Diploma in Pharmacy (Year Three) and Sarah Ainembabazi, Bachelors of Pharmacy (Year two) were announced as the winners, receiving 250,000 and 400,000 shillings prize money respectively.�
