Admission Requirements
Admission to the Doctor of Philosophy in Science shall be done in accordance with Kampala International University procedures and regulations in line with the minimum requirements by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE). In addition, a person qualifies for admission provided he/she satisfies minimum requirements as shown below:
The candidate should have an MSc in any of the following from a recognized Institution:
- Environmental Science/Management/Engineering
- Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry
- Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- With Education: Physics, Chemistry
- Any other as shall be approved by the University to be equivalent to any of those stated in parts (i) to (iii) above.
