KIU, Main Campus - Early this morning, the National Unity Platform (NUP) Presidential Candidate Kyagulanyi Ssentamu also known as Bobi Wine called upon his supporters and campaign team to restrain from provoking members of security.

"I know that the situation is provoking and infuriating but we have to remain calm. You cannot fight evil with evil," he said.

This comes after the NUP Presidential Candidate together with his campaign team spent a night in their cars on the roadside in Hoima district due to disagreement between the party and security forces.

"Our plan to spend the night in Hoima was frustrated as police blocked all roads," he added.
